LSTPD Welcomes New Part-Time Officer

On Tuesday, May 3, John Krchnavy was sworn-in as a Part-Time Police Patrolman with the Lower Saucon Township Police Department.

On Tuesday, May 3, John Krchnavy was sworn-in as a Part-Time Police Patrolman with the Lower Saucon Township Police Department.

Krchnavy’s family members were present for the swearing in, along with numerous other township police officers and other employees.

Krchnavy, who is a resident of Hellertown, graduated from Liberty High School and the Montgomery County Police Academy, where he completed his Act 120 training.

He is also a part-time student working toward his degree in Criminal Justice at Montgomery County Community College.

He is currently employed with the Lehigh County Sheriff’s Office as a Deputy Sheriff and previously worked as a lieutenant with Dorney Park security.
