Lower Saucon Township Police say a plow truck operator was cited for a motor vehicle code violation after he allegedly backed into a passing vehicle at Flint Hill Road and Rt. 412 while plowing snow in the parking lot in front of Se-Wy-Co Fire Company’s Leithsville station Feb. 2.

In a news release issued Monday, police said James Johnson, of the 800 block of Willow Road, Hellertown, was clearing the parking lot at 12:24 p.m. when he allegedly backed up in the northbound lane of Rt. 412 and into a van driven by a Lower Saucon Township man.
