National Penn Bank in Hellertown recently chose Project You Are Love of Hellertown as the recipient of its Generous Heart Campaign for 2015, Project You Are Love’s Shelley Barchanowitz-Goldberg said in a news release.
Donations of kitchen items such as towels, sponges, can openers, spoons, measuring cups and oven mitts will be used to create holiday gift baskets for the families served by New Jerusalem Food Bank in Lower Saucon Township and the Lehigh Valley Outreach Depot in Bethlehem.
Donations will be accepted at the bank at 741 Main St., Hellertown, until Saturday, Dec. 5.
Completed holiday gift baskets that will be donated to local families in need.
