A Hellertown business will be spreading a lot of holiday cheer on Monday, Dec. 7.
Trendz of Saucon Valley is located at 758 Main St., Hellertown.
Trendz of Saucon Valley is already well-known as a great place to get a haircut and more–which is one of the reasons owner Lori Gough wanted to share the joy of the season with a holiday-themed event.
Gough’s salon’s first annual Holiday Open House is open to the public and will be held from 4 to 8 p.m. It will feature appetizers, wine, beer, free mini stress-relieving chair massages, free mini hand massages and a 15 percent discount on all products.
Another highlight of the event will be a bonus gift certificate sale.
Anyone who purchases a $100 Trendz gift certificate during the open house will receive a bonus $20 gift certificate, Gough explained.
The salon will be completely decorated for the special event, and there will be a “gifting table” for attendees to assemble their own salon product gift sets.
A “candy bar” will be set up with small boxes in which customers will be able to pack up a few treats to take home with them.
And a huge Aveda gift basket valued at more than $600 will be raffled off to one lucky person.
Gough said she is hoping for a good turnout–from both current customers and people who’ve possibly never set foot in Trendz before.
Trendz is currently celebrating its fifth year in its current location–758 Main Street–and its seventh year in business in Hellertown.
Before it opened inside a modern building that incorporates an 1850s brick home, the salon was located in the 1300 block of Main Street.
