Update: As of Tuesday, March 15 Justin has been adopted.

JUSTIN

Justin is a young (one year old) male copper and black-colored German shepherd.Justin2 He is long and leggy, energetic and a lot of fun to be around. He has only been at the Center a short time, so he’s still rather thin, but now he’s being fed better he should be up to his ideal weight soon. Justin knows some basic commands and really likes to play fetch. Because he’s young his manners could improve somewhat, but he’s very smart and eager to learn. Justin is looking for an active family, so he can do things together with them–whether it’s going for a leisurely walk, playing a game of ball or giving the agility course a try. If he sounds like the guy for you, run (don’t walk!) to the Center, because he’s likely to be a hot ticket there.

BOGIE

bogie2Bogie is a young adult doberman/retriever mix just waiting to run his long lanky legs into your heart! He still has some puppiness about himself, so forgive him if he jumps around a lot and has a short attention span. He’s working on it. He just loves stretching his legs and racer-jetting around the Center’s play yard. It helps to get out all that pent-up energy! What would make it even better would be if Bogie had a family to run with or play ball with every day. It would be awesome for him to have a family who is active and doesn’t mind committing to working with him on his training. With exercise and training every day he will grow to be a wonderful dog.
