Woman Arrested for DUI After Car Ends Up on Train Tracks, Police Say

A Martins Creek woman was arrested on DUI and other charges Saturday after she allegedly drove off East Redington Road near the Easton Rod & Gun Club and “ended up on the Norfolk Southern Railroad tracks,” Lower Saucon Township Police said in a news release Sunday.

A Martins Creek, Lower Mount Bethel Township woman was arrested on DUI and other charges Saturday after she allegedly drove off East Redington Road near the Easton Rod & Gun Club and “ended up on the Norfolk Southern Railroad tracks,” Lower Saucon Township Police said in a news release Sunday.

According to police, Michelle Ann Buscemi, 35, of the 6700 block of Fairview Avenue, was eastbound prior to the 12:43 a.m. accident.

Following an investigation, officers determined that she was driving under the influence of alcohol and she was arrested, the news release indicated.
