Harry C. Gerstenberg Jr., 63 of Lower Saucon Township, died Thursday, July 20, 2017 at St. Luke’s University Hospital-Fountain Hill. He was born in Bethlehem on Dec 25, 1953 to the late Harry C. Gerstenberg. Sr. and Mary E. (Paulus) Gerstenberg. Harry was an Operating Engineer for the Local Union 542 and was previously employed with the Bethlehem Steel. He was a member of New Jerusalem Evangelical Lutheran Church, Lower Saucon Township, as well as the Lower Saucon Sportsman’s Association. Harry enjoyed riding his Harley, hot rods and hunting. He was a rebel (BA) who lived his life the way he wanted and ‘nobody’ was going to tell him different. He was tough, but fair. Strong, but kind. He was genuine. For this, he was loved by many, certainly upset a few along the way, but was always respected. He will forever be loved and missed.
