Bowen is now charged with manufacturing, delivery or possession with intent to deliver narcotics; possession of drug paraphernalia; resisting arrest; and disorderly conduct, according to court records.

She was committed to Northampton County Prison in lieu of $150,000 bail following a preliminary arraignment before Judge Jacqueline Taschner Monday, the records state.
