Handgun Stolen from Unlocked Car on Fieldstone Drive, Police Say

Police are investigating thefts from two unlocked vehicles in two adjacent neighborhoods in Lower Saucon Township, they said Thursday.

In a news release, township police said the vehicles on Majestic Overlook Drive (Washington Estates) and Fieldstone Drive (Woodfields) were entered during the overnight hours of Aug. 6-7.

In the Fieldstone case, police said a handgun was taken from the console.

In the Majestic Overlook case, they said credit cards were stolen.

“Anyone with information is asked to call police at 610-317-6110,” the release said. “Police urge all residents to lock their vehicles and call police to report any suspicious activity.”
