Helen N. Guest, 94, of Hellertown, died Wednesday, Sept. 13, 2017 at Westin Rehabilitation and Nursing Center, Lower Saucon Township.

Helen N. Guest, 94, of Hellertown, died Wednesday, Sept. 13, 2017 at Westin Rehabilitation and Nursing Center, Lower Saucon Township. She was the wife of the late William F. Guest, who died Oct. 26, 2011. Helen was born in Bethlehem on March 5, 1923 to the late Charles and Maggie (Reichard) Neiser. She was a draftsman at the former Bethlehem Steel Co. for 20 years until her retirement. Helen was a sacristan and member of Mountainview Moravian Church, Hellertown. She was also a member of the Tall Cedars Ladies Auxiliary of Bethlehem and volunteered for the American Cancer Society and Meals on Wheels.

SURVIVORS

Loving daughter: Carol Lee Gretzinger of Hellertown; sister: Elaine Gable of Nazareth; granddaughter: Melissa A. (Gary) Jester of Jamison; great-grandchildren: Meghan, William and Adam. She was predeceased by siblings: Myles Cressman, Charlie, Norman, Mark, Paul Neiser, Ruth Gemberling; son-in-law: Carey Gretzinger.

SERVICE

Family and friends are invited to call from 10 to 11 a.m. Tuesday, Sept. 19, 2017 at Mountainview Moravian Church, 331 Constitution Ave., Hellertown. The calling hour will be followed by a celebration of Helen’s life at 11 a.m. The interment will be at Union Cemetery of Hellertown.
