Man Facing DUI-Drugs Charge Following Main Street Traffic Stop, Police Say

A 57 year-old Bethlehem man is charged with allegedly driving under the influence of drugs after Hellertown police say officers stopped and arrested him in the 1500 block of Main Street on the evening of Dec. 3.

A 57 year-old Bethlehem man is charged with allegedly driving under the influence of drugs after Hellertown police say officers stopped and arrested him in the 1500 block of Main Street on the evening of Dec. 3.

In a news release issued Tuesday, police said Donald J. Niquette was stopped shortly before 11:30 p.m.

He is also charged with possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving with an expired registration and driving without insurance, according to police and court records.
