A Philadelphia man is wanted by Springfield Township Police on DUI-Controlled Substanced and other charges, according to the department.
Benjamin Howard Ragsdale, 25, was declared a fugitive in February, after charges were filed in November, according to information published on the department’s PA Crime Watch page and court records.
Ragsdale is also charged with making repairs/selling prohibited offensive weapons, endangering the welfare of children, tampering with/fabricating physical evidence, theft from a motor vehicle, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Ragsdale is described as white, six feet in height and 180 pounds, with blue eyes and brown hair.
