George Reccek Jr., 77, of Lower Saucon Township died Wednesday, July 25, 2018 at his residence. He was the husband of Claudia (Wagner) Reccek. Arrangements are by the Heintzelman Funeral Home Inc., Hellertown.

George Reccek Jr., 77, of Lower Saucon Township died Wednesday, July 25, 2018 at his residence.reccek He was the husband of Claudia (Wagner) Reccek. George was born in Hellertown on Dec. 1, 1940 to the late George and Lillian (Gonzales) Reccek. He worked as a mechanic at L&T Enterprises, Allentown, and the former Martin Volkswagen until his retirement. George attended Mountainview Moravian Church, Hellertown.

SURVIVORS

In addition to his wife of 24 years; children: George III (Judy) of Bethlehem, Frank Lorah of Hellertown, Kimberly J. Coleman of Lititz; siblings: Jack (Phyllis), Irene (Ronald P.) Rutkowski, all of Hellertown; four grandchildren; one great-granddaughter. He was predeceased by infant brother: George; sister: Dolores F. Chavar.

SERVICE

Family and friends are invited to call from 9 to 11 a.m. Saturday, July 28, 2018 at the Heintzelman Funeral Home Inc., 326 Main St., Hellertown. The calling hour will be followed by the service at 11 a.m. The interment will conclude services at Union Cemetery of Hellertown. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Diabetes Association and/or the Lehigh Valley Hospice, Allentown.
