Redington Road Traffic Stop Results in Multiple Arrests, Police Say

Lower Saucon Township Police said Wednesday that a traffic stop on Redington Road at about 12:40 p.m. resulted in the arrest of four individuals from New Jersey.

Lower Saucon Township Police said Wednesday that a traffic stop on Redington Road at about 12:40 p.m. resulted in the arrest of and charges filed against four individuals from New Jersey.
Police said an officer stopped Austin Tyler Peters, 19, of Washington, N.J., for allegedly speeding and then learned that his driving privileges were suspended.
“Mr. Peters was also found to be in possession of a small amount of marijuana (and) drug paraphernalia, and subsequently failed field coordination exercises,” police said.
Police said the three passengers in Peters’ vehicle were also allegedly found to be in possession of a small amount of marijuana, drug paraphernalia. One passenger was also allegedly found to be in possession of a controlled substance, authorities added.
Police identified the passengers as:
  1. Felicia Marie Vuno-Flippen, 18, of Budd Lake, N.J., who is being charged with possession of a small amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
  2. Danielle Andrea Phelps-Jacobsen, 20, of Washington, N.J., who is being charged with possession of a small amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
  3. A 17-year-old girl from Phillipsburg, N.J., who is being charged with possession of a controlled substance (cocaine), possession of a small amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Peters is being charged with DUI-Controlled substance, possession of a small amount of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, corruption of minors, driving under suspension and several traffic violations, police said.
