Peter S. Rotundo, 73, of Bethlehem, died Sunday, Jan. 27, 2018 at Belle Haven Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center, Quakertown. He was the husband of Detra L. (Hitchcock). Peter was born in Manhattan, N.Y., on May 30, 1945 to the late Alfred and Antoinette (Pinnizzo) Rotundo. He faithfully served three tours of duty to our country in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War. Peter worked as a maintenance supervisor for Bosch Rexroth. He was a former member of Calvary Baptist, Bethlehem. Peter was an avid hunter and fisherman, and enjoyed riding bikes with his friends. He was a member of the F-3 Fishing Club, Bethlehem, and Waldheim Archery Club, Allentown.

In addition to his wife of 28 years; children: Jennifer Terwilliger (Richard) of Cape Coral, Fla., Matthew Rotundo (Sara) of Allentown, Amanda Robison (Dwight) of Hanover; stepchildren: Stephanie L. Bartek of Bethlehem, Douglas C. Bartek of Danielsville; siblings: Michaeline Stern (Steve) in New Jersey and Alfred Rotundo of New York; grandchildren: Richie, Gabbie, Josh, Aiden, Dylan and Noah; stepgrandchildren: Rocco, Jaiden, Kaitlyn and Emma; beloved dogs: Jackie Poo and Karma.
SERVICE
Private burial services will be held at Bethlehem Memorial Park Cemetery at a later date. Arrangements are by Heintzelman Funeral Home Inc., Hellertown. Online expressions of sympathy can be recorded at www.heintzelmancares.com.
