Mary Eleanor Kochsmeier, 97, of Lower Saucon Township died Friday, May 10, 2019 at her home.Kochsmeier She was the wife of the late Henry Leroy Kochsmeier, who died March 6, 1995. Mary was born in Index Township, Mo., on May 9, 1922 to the late Joseph Ami and Lydia (Schrock) Miller. She earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Goshen College, Goshen, Ind. Mary Eleanor was a member of Steel City Mennonite Church, Lower Saucon Township.

SURVIVORS

Son: Rev. David K. and his wife Beverly of Bethlehem; grandchildren: Aaron D. and his wife Vivi, Philip A. and his wife Becca, Daniel J. and his wife Erica and Joshua A.; great-grandchildren: Lincoln David, Eliza Jane and Rueben David; 11 nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by siblings: Norman Miller, Katherine Schrock, J. Emerson Miller and S. Paul Miller.

SERVICE

Family and friends are invited to call from 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday, May 12, 2019 at the Steel City Mennonite Church, 2137 Mixsell Ave., Bethlehem. The calling hour will be followed by the memorial service, which will be held Monday, May 13, 2019 at 10:30 a.m. Graveside services will be held at 12 p.m. CST on Tuesday, May 14, 2019 at the Clearfork Cemetery, Garden City, Mo. Online memorial tributes may be made at HeintzelmanCares.com. Arrangements are by the Heintzelman Funeral Home Inc., Hellertown.

CONTRIBUTIONS

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Steel City Mennonite Church, India Orphanage Mission, 2137 Mixsell Ave., Bethlehem, PA 18015.
