Patricia Mary Symer (1944 – 2024)

Patricia Mary Symer, 80, formerly of Hellertown, died Sunday, Nov. 10, 2024 at her residence. She was born in Chicago, Ill., on March 12, 1944 to the late Wyllis and Marie (Kennal) Lathrop. She was a personal, loving and caring nurse’s aide. She had also cleaned residences. Patricia was a member of St. Theresa of the Child Jesus Roman Catholic Church, Hellertown.

SURVIVORS

Patricia is survived by her children: Maria Chris Symer of Aurora, Ill., Theodore Symer of Auburn, Theresa Cuth of Walnutport, Daniel Symer of Casa Grande, Ariz., Michael (Isabel) Symer of Quakertown, Andrew Symer of Walnutport; siblings: Terese Etzel, Judy (George) Serlovsky, Tom (Irene), John (Dora), Paul; eight grandchildren; two great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by siblings: Joe, Marie Colanto.

SERVICES

Family and friends are invited to call from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. Monday, Nov. 18, 2024 at the Heintzelman Funeral Home Inc., 326 Main St., Hellertown. The calling hour will be followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11 a.m. at St. Theresa of the Child Jesus RC Church, 1408 Easton Road, Hellertown.
