Join us on the first Saturday of the months of September, October, November and December from 10:30 to 12 to learn all about how to incorporate self-care into your daily routine. Have you been feeling overwhelmed, stressed, depressed, angry or frustrated? Do you have a problem saying no to people? Is your energy depleted? When is the last time you did anything for you? Self-care doesn’t have to be expensive. In fact, most times it’s free. We will be discussing all the ways we can physically, mentally and emotionally take care of ourselves. I will give you tips and tools to use that are easy, mostly free or inexpensive, and that will fit into your day with little effort. Ages 13 and up are welcome.
