Kids Can Romp in Cooks Creek June 13

An upcoming educational event in upper Bucks County will celebrate the priceless fun that comes from splashing through a pristine creek, and will be an opportunity for little ones to learn more about the creatures that dwell there. Cooks Creek Watershed Association’s 15th annual Mini Monster Mayhem will be held Saturday, June 13 from 9:30 a.m. to noon (rain date: Sunday, June 14, 2:30 to 5 p.m.) and will have CCWA president Scott Douglas presenting a “fast-paced, fun-filled…program featuring dinosaurs, comets, a mountain of mud, gummy worms, a toilet…and monsters!” according to a news release. The free program is for kids of all ages and is open to the public. It will be presented at the Douglas residence, 3450 Rt.
