Arlene B. Beck, 88, of Coopersburg (Obituary Brought to You by Heintzelman Funeral Home)

Arlene B. Beck, 88, of Coopersburg, went to see the Lord on Wednesday, May 2, 2018 at St. Luke’s University Hospital, Fountain Hill. She was the wife of LaMar C. Beck. Arlene was born in Upper Saucon Township on Nov. 18, 1929 to the late John R. and Mary (Meyers) Strauss. She was a faithful member of Faith United Church of Christ, Center Valley, where she sang on its choir and was a member of the Zion Choral Society.

SURVIVORS

In addition to her husband of 68 years; children: Mary A. Beck, Carol M. Beck, both of Coopersburg, Carl L. Beck of Exeter Township; brother: Franklin P. Strauss and his wife Ferne of Neffs; grandchildren: Jonathan Beck and his wife Ashley and Lindsay Beck and her partner Tim Plisiewicz; great-grandchildren: Kariana, Addilyn, Ashton Beck; family friend: Dr. Nancy Urankar. She was predeceased by a son: Ray C. Beck.

SERVICE

Family and friends are invited to call from 10 to 11 a.m. Saturday, May 5, 2018 at Faith UCC, 5992 PA-378, Center Valley. The calling hour will be followed by the service at 11 a.m. The interment will conclude services at Friedensville Cemetery, Upper Saucon Township.
