Lower Saucon Township Police say a 15-year-old township boy has been charged as a juvenile with theft and receiving stolen property, after an investigation revealed that he allegedly stole an iPad from Saucon Valley High School in October.
In a news release issued Saturday, police said the charges have been referred to Northampton County Juvenile authorities.
The investigation was conducted in cooperation with the school, police said.
