A 63-year-old Lower Saucon Township resident and former Northampton County Meals on Wheels volunteer pleaded no contest to charges of indecent assault, indecent exposure and trespassing in court Monday, acknowledging that the state has enough evidence to convict him at trial of charges he sexually assaulted one woman he delivered meals to and exposed himself to another, but not admitting to any wrongdoing, Lehigh Valley Live reported.

According to the article, attorney Phil Lauer told the court that his client Mark Steven Walker suffers from a brain condition called NMDA receptor antibody encephalitis which has caused him to exhibit hypersexual behavior and experience memory lapses.

He could be sentenced to at least six months in jail. Sentencing is scheduled for March 3, following a sexually violent predator evaluation, the story indicated.

The crimes occurred in February 2015 at homes in Tatamy and Northampton.
