A Lower Saucon Township man has been charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, after township police say he admitted to being in possession of a syringe he had used to shoot heroin.

In a post on the department’s Crimewatch website Monday, police said Randy Bond, 50, no address provided, was allegedly found in possession of the syringe after officers were dispatched to the 3200 block of Bingen Road, because he was an “unwanted guest” at a residence there.

Police said the alleged incident happened at around 10:15 p.m. on Sept. 13.
