Christ Lutheran Church, 69 Main St., Hellertown, is hosting a bus trip to the 103rd Pennsylvania Farm Show in Harrisburg on Wednesday, Jan. 9, 2019. This trip is open to the public and the show will have something for everyone—young and old, farmers and non-farmers, foodies and people who just like to have fun.

Pennsylvania hosts the largest indoor agricultural exposition in the country, with nearly 6,000 animals, 10,000 competitive exhibits and 300 commercial exhibits. The event held at the Farm Show Complex features livestock judging, cooking demonstrations, horses, entertainment, food and all aspects of farm and agricultural exhibits and contests.

The bus trip departs from the Christ Lutheran Church parking lot at 7:30 a.m. and will be at the Farm Show until 2:30 p.m., when the bus departs for dinner for Esther’s Restaurant in Fredericksburg. The bus will depart from Esther’s at 5 p.m. for the return trip to the church.

The cost of the bus trip is $55.00, payable in advance. It includes round-trip transportation and dinner at Esther’s Restaurant. Admission to the Farm Show is free. For more information or tickets, please call the church office at 610-838-0400.
