A 38-year-old Allentown man is charged with two misdemeanor counts of Terroristic Threats with the Intent to Terrorize Another after police say he allegedly threatened an ex-girlfriend and the man she was with in the presence of children inside a Lower Saucon Township bowling alley and entertainment center Dec. 2.

WFMZ.com reported Thursday that Jesus F. Espinosa Jr. allegedly threatened the couple by telling them he planned to “go to his car and get his gun,” after the woman refused to go outside and speak with him.
After the pair told a waitress in the restaurant area of Revolutions Saucon Valley, 3718 Rt. 378, about the alleged threat, police were called to the scene, but Espinosa had left by the time they arrived, the website reported.
Espinosa is also charged with two summary counts of harassment, according to court records, which indicate that he was released on $5,000 unsecured bail following a preliminary arraignment before District Judge Douglas Schlegel Dec. 8.
A preliminary hearing for Espinosa is scheduled for Dec. 21 at 9:30 a.m. before District Judge Alan Mege at District Court 03-2-04 in Lower Saucon Township, according to court records.
