A 26-year-old Center Valley man’s rollover crash in the 1200 block of Seidersville Road March 24 was DUI-related, Lower Saucon Township Police said in a post on their Crimewatch site Monday.
According to police, Brian Allen Naugle was driving when the crash occurred shortly after 10 p.m.

“Naugle, who had the odor of alcoholic beverage on his breath…was transported to St. Luke’s Hospital for treatment,” police said, adding that they “requested a blood test and the result was a BAC of .20 percent.”
The maximum legal limit for BAC for all drivers is .08 percent.
According to court records, last September Naugle pleaded guilty to a charge of DUI Controlled Substance, Schedule I, Second Offense, in a South Whitehall Township, Lehigh County, case.
In that case Naugle was sentenced by Judge Maria L. Dantos to 90 days to two years in prison to be followed by three years of probation, records state.
Records indicated he was released from jail on Nov. 19, 2018.
Lower Saucon Township Police said that in the latest case Naugle is charged with DUI and Driving Under Suspension-DUI Related.
