John Vare, 82 (Obituary Brought to You by Heintzelman Funeral Home)

John Vare (1942 – 2024)

John Vare, aged 82, was born in Rakvere, Estonia on June 19, 1942 and came to the United States in 1950. A graduate of SUNY Maritime College, John was able to travel the world and serve our country in the Merchant Marines during the Vietnam War. He worked as an engineer at Foster Wheeler Corp. in Clinton, N.J., until he “retired” and started his own business, Creative Solutions Unlimited. He was a faithful member of the Grace Bible Fellowship Church, Quakertown. Two-and-a-half years after a stage four cancer diagnosis, John entered glory with his Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ on Monday, Oct. 21, 2024, in the presence of his loving wife and family.

SURVIVORS

He is survived by his wife of 54 years, Carol Ann Vare (Hudock); daughter: Jennifer Vare; son: Brian (Christina) Vare; daughter: Emily (Joel) Miller; grandchildren: Abigail, Joshua, Isaac and Aiden Vare. He was predeceased by his mother: Linda Vare; and his grandson: Hezekiah Miller.

SERVICES

Family and friends are invited to his visitation period on Saturday, Oct. 26, 2024 from 9:30 to 11 a.m. at Grace Bible Fellowship Church of Quakertown, Pa. The visitation period will be followed by his memorial service at 11 a.m., which will be livestreamed from the church. A funeral repast will be held at the church following the service.
