St. Theresa School in Hellertown hosted a Local Law Enforcement Appreciation Day Thursday.
The school invited the members of the Hellertown Police Department for coffee and donuts to show their appreciation and gratitude for all their hard work in protecting the community and schools.

Patriotic decorations adorned the school as students presented their “hometown heroes” with thank you cards and posters.
Students spent the afternoon having lunch and playing kickball with our local police officers, making beautiful memories for all.
The officers even joined the middle school students on their afternoon walk while the Pre-K 4 class had the opportunity sit in their police vehicles.
The day was a great opportunity for St. Theresa School students to continue to build a positive view of law enforcement officers and show their gratitude for all their hard work in the Hellertown community.

St. Theresa School is celebrating its 78th year of providing a Catholic-centered education for pre-kindergarten through eighth grade, consistent with the educational mission of the Church.
