Mason Andrew Mahoney, 25, is charged with felony retail theft, Perkasie Police said Wednesday.
A Perkasie, Bucks County man was charged with Felony 3 retail theft after police say he allegedly stole merchandise from the CVS store at 1201 N. Fifth St., Perkasie, on May 3.
In a post on the department’s Crimewatch page, police said Mason Andrew Mahoney–who turned 25 Wednesday–was arraigned on the charge Monday before District Judge Jan Vislosky.
Following the preliminary arraignment, Mahoney was committed to the Bucks County Correctional Institution in lieu of 10 percent of $75,000 bail, according to police and court records.
Mahoney’s preliminary hearing is scheduled to be held Tuesday, July 7 at 2:45 p.m. before District Judge Regina Armitage, court records indicated.
