A development proposal that calls for the construction of dozens of homes in three clusters along the perimeter of Silver Creek Country Club is on Lower Saucon Township Council’s regular meeting agenda for Monday, Jan. 5.

According to a township planning application for a sketch plan review dated Nov. 13, 2014, Silver Creek Country Club Living would be constructed on 120 lots, with public water and sewer provided.

The applicant identified on the application form is David Spirk, a Bethlehem Township developer.

Council was originally supposed to hear a presentation about the development proposal in December, but it was taken off the agenda and it’s not known if changes have been made to the application since that time.

The residential development would be located in the township’s R40 (Rural Suburban Residential) zoning district.

Council’s regular meeting will be held after its annual reorganization meeting at 7 p.m. at Lower Saucon Town Hall, 3700 Old Philadelphia Pike, Bethlehem.
