Est. Read Time: 4 mins

The Springtown Inn is located at 3258 Main Street (PA Rt. 212) in historic Springtown, Pa., just minutes from Saucon Valley.

There are now fewer weekends until Christmas than you can count on both hands, which means that if you’re planning to host a holiday gathering at your home, your place of business or somewhere else, you need to reserve a date soon. But deciding where to have your function can sometimes be a challenge.

Fortunately, there is a restaurant and caterer nearby that offers everything you could want for your catered affair, including tasty menu options, affordable pricing, the ability to comfortably accommodate groups of various sizes, a cozy ambiance, convenience, and most importantly, flexibility.

The Springtown Inn and Brooklyn’s Catering in Springtown have been exceeding guests’ expectations during the holidays as well as all year-round for generations, which means they have the experience to ensure that your party is exactly what you want it to be.

In addition to flexible offsite catering options available within a 30-mile radius, the inn features rooms of various sizes that can accommodate up to 100 guests. In season there is also an outdoor seating area for up to 45 guests. No event is too small or too large for Brooklyn’s Catering to handle, says owner Bobbie Gianguzzi.

The fact that there is never a room charge for private parties and events held at the inn is another plus. “Affordable” doesn’t mean you and your guests will have to settle for skimpy portions or lackluster service, however.

The Springtown Inn is renowned for its hearty steak and seafood entrees such as Surf & Turf and its 19-22 oz. Queen Cut Prime Rib. You’ll also find rich appetizers like Baked Crab Au Gratin on the menu, as well as mouth-watering desserts like Chocolate Peanut Butter Pie and Bobbie’s famous Strawberry Cake, which will leave no one in your group hungry.

For added holiday ambiance, several rooms feature working fireplaces, and in addition to the large bar downstairs there is an intimate private bar for parties held upstairs. Whenever you’re celebrating the season be sure to sample one of the inn’s signature cocktails, such as the “Springtini.”

The Springtown Inn and Brooklyn’s Catering are also a great choice for your next anniversary party, baby shower, bereavement luncheon, reunion or business lunch.

Bobbie and her business partner Carol Tweed look forward to discussing their many menu options with you–from hot and cold buffets to full-service dinners–so you can make the choice that will best suit your preferences and budget.

The Springtown Inn is currently accepting reservations for their Thanksgiving Day buffet, as well as Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve.
