Don’t Forget to ‘Fall Back.’ Daylight Saving Time Begins Sunday

Getting your Trinity Audio player ready...

It’s the most wonderful night of the year…if you prefer an extra hour of sleep, that is.

Daylight Saving Time will end at 2 a.m. Sunday, which means you should turn your clocks back an hour (or “fall back”) before you go to bed Saturday night. Unless you’re a night owl and plan to be awake at that hour, of course.

Either way, enjoy your extra hour to do whatever now, because come March you’ll have to pay it forward.

Reminder: The return to standard time is also a good opportunity to check the batteries in your smoke detectors.
