Doris B. (Sharrer) Carlton, 79, of Lower Saucon Township, died Tuesday, Nov. 11, 2014 at Phoebe-Richland Health Care, Richlandtown. She was the wife of Thomas L. Carlton. Doris was born in Springtown on July 14, 1935 to the late Charles W. and Clara (Moyer) Sharrer. She worked for 30 years for H&R Block as an Enrolled Agent until retiring in 2007. She was a member of Fellowship Baptist Church, Easton.CARLTON. DORIS. JPG

SURVIVORS

In addition to her loving husband of 57 years; children: Thomas L. III (Karen) of Colorado Springs, Co., Randy L. of Oswego, N.Y., Terry L. of San Leandro, Calif., Lisa K. (John) Litzenberger of Kintnersville; siblings: Caroline Sedli of Springtown, Stanley Sharrer of New York; grandchildren: Amanda K. Carlton, Nicholas J. Litzenberger; four great-grandchildren.

SERVICE

Family and friends are invited to call from 3 to 4:30 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 16 at the Heintzelman Funeral Home Inc., 326 Main St., Hellertown. The service will be at 11 a.m. Monday, Nov. 17, 2014 at the Heintzelman Funeral Home Inc., 326 Main St., Hellertown. The service will conclude with the interment at 2 p.m. at Indiantown Gap National Cemetery. Online expressions of sympathy can be recorded at www.heintzelmancares.com.
