Man Made U-Turn, Caused Rt. 378 Accident, Police Say

Lower Saucon Township Police say a township man caused an accident when he made a U-turn on Rt. 378 Nov. 21.

According to a police department news release, Dennis Anderson, of the 3800 block of Rt. 378, “was attempting a U-turn on Rt. 378 when he struck the passenger side of a vehicle that was traveling southbound.”

Police said the accident happened at 7:56 a.m.

Anderson was cited for “limitations on turning around” and driving with an expired registration, they added.
