Lower Saucon Township Police say a Hellertown man will be charged with harassment and disorderly conduct, after he allegedly asked another man “So how does it feel to be a pedophile?” and snapped his photo inside the Giant Food Store at 1880 Leithsville Road.

In a news release issued Saturday, police said that with assistance from Giant staff they were able to identify the man who took the photo as William Belenguer of the 200 block of Main Street.

The alleged incident happened Sunday, Nov. 23 at 2 p.m., police said.

Police identified the man whose photo was taken as Eric Weber of the 900 block of Birch Road, Hellertown.

According to an article published by the Express-Times, Weber was charged with having sex with a 13-year-old in March, when he was 19.

In October he was sentenced by Judge Paula Roscioli to five years’ probation after pleading guilty to corruption of minors, the Morning Call reported.
