New Survey Asks: How Satisfied Are You With Hellertown Library?

It’s been nearly a year since Lower Saucon Township officially became part of the Hellertown Area Library system–after breaking with the Bethlehem Area Public Library in 2013–and library officials now hope to assess patron satisfaction with an online survey.

“This past year (the library) added new staff members and new technology,” the library wrote in an introduction to the five-question survey. “We increased the number of patrons served and materials circulated. We would like your feedback: how can we strengthen the library to serve you better?”

Among the questions included in the brief survey are the following:

  • What programs or events did you attend in 2014? What programs or events would you like to see the library offer?
  • What are your ideas for improving our service?

At the conclusion of the survey there are fields to fill in with contact information, although doing so is optional.
