Lower Saucon Township Police say a hit-and-run driver damaged a mailbox in the 1800 block of Springwood Road at 8:15 a.m. Thursday.

Police said the driver “fled the scene” after the accident.

Anyone with information about it is asked to call the Lower Saucon police department at 610-317-6110.

Police announced last week that they were investigating a hit-and-run accident involving damage to a mailbox in the 3700 block of Hickory Hill Road.
