Lower Saucon Township Police announced Friday that three area men will be charged with burglary, theft, criminal trespass, receiving stolen property and criminal mischief for allegedly breaking into a home in the 4300 block of Lower Saucon Road and stealing copper pipes in November.

In a news release, police said Robert Eric Barrigher, of the 400 block of W. Wilkes Barre Street, Easton; Phillip P. Drummond, of the 1600 block of W. South Street, Allentown; and Everton E. Hunter Jr., of the 500 block of Northampton Street, Easton, caused an estimated $2,100 in damage by allegedly cutting the pipes out of the home, which was for sale at the time.

Police said the three are also charged in a similar incident that occurred in Wilson Borough in November, in which “they were caught in a vacant home removing the copper pipes.”

All three are currently being held in Northampton County Prison on charges related to the incident in Wilson, and will be served there with arrest warrants for the new charges in Lower Saucon Township, police said.
