Heroin Found in E. Saucon Street Apartment, Police Say

When officers responded to a domestic dispute in an apartment in the first block of E. Saucon Street on the afternoon of Oct. 30, they discovered drug paraphernalia and “an amount of heroin,” Hellertown police said in a news release Monday.

According to police, a resident of the apartment–Joshua A. Bitner, 30–has since been charged with possession of a controlled substance-heroin and possession of drug paraphernalia as a result of their investigation into the incident.
