Allentown Man Cited for Allegedly Dumping Trash in L. Saucon

Lower Saucon Township Police said Saturday that they’ve cracked a case that involved illegal dumping at a property in the 2400 block of Riverside Drive, in the Steel City section of the township.

In a news release police said “household rubbish” that was found dumped on the Ray Craft & Sons property Dec. 18 was traced to a recent house cleanout in Lower Macungie Township.

Police said Didiel Ruiz, of the 400 block of W. Fairview Street, Allentown, was contracted to clean out the house and then “dumped the rubbish on Craft’s property instead of in a proper receptacle.”

Ruiz was cited for littering and trespassing, police said.
