Package Stolen from Dairy Lane Home, Police Say

Lower Saucon Township Police said Saturday they’re investigating the theft of a package from outside a home in the 2500 block of Dairy Lane.

In a news release police said the package was delivered by the postal service on Sunday afternoon, and contained four bracelets and four pairs of earrings made from antique porcelain. The items are valued at $250, police added.

Anyone with information about the theft is asked to call township police at 610-317-6110.

Earlier this month police said they were investigating the theft of a package from a home in the Society Hill development.

According to authorities, package theft is more common during the holiday season, when more packages are delivered than at any other time of year.
