Rolex, Cash Stolen from Home While Owners Slept, Police Say

Lower Saucon Township Police are investigating a burglary they say occurred while residents were asleep in their home on Glen View Drive.

In a news release issued Saturday, police said the 37-year-old homeowner reported Friday morning “that someone had burglarized their house the night before as they slept upstairs.”

Police said the burglary may have occurred around the time the family’s dog woke them up with barking, which was at 2 a.m. They did not check on the dog at the time, police added.

Taken from the home were a Rolex watch, a computer and $600 in cash.
