Creperie to Host Grand Opening Monday

A new creperie at the Promenade Shops at Saucon Valley in Upper Saucon Township will celebrate its grand opening with a ribbon-cutting ceremony hosted by the Greater Lehigh Valley Chamber of Commerce and all-day specials on Monday, Feb. 2.

The GLVCC will host the ribbon-cutting/grand opening celebration for Crepe Soleil, which is located in Suite 108 at the Promenade Shops, from 5 to 7 p.m.

Crepe Soleil customers will enjoy 10 percent off menu items and free soft drinks all day.

Both savory and sweet crepes are on the menu.

“Owner Seif Zaddem and his family recently moved to the area from Saint Martin, France, and he has mastered the French crepe,” the chamber said in an announcement about the free event.

Chamber members can register to attend the ribbon-cutting online.
