The Saucon Valley Farmers’ Market in Hellertown is celebrating its tenth anniversary this year and is now accepting vendor applications for the 2015 market, which will be held Sundays, May 3 to Nov. 22, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.

The Saucon Valley Farmers’ Market is held annually in Hellertown from May through November. This year’s market will open May 3.

The market is a producer-only market, meaning all items for sale must be made or produced by the seller. In addition to dozens of vendors, the market hosts many weekly activities, such as its Sunflower Contest, Cabbagefest, Power of the Pen, Honeyfest and more.

Live entertainment is another draw for visitors, and this year’s opening day music will be provided by dulcimer artist Cliff Cole.

In addition to seasonal vendor applications, applications are also being accepted for the market’s monthly Fourth Sunday Art in the Park, which features sellers of local handcrafted items. The vendor fee is $20 for a 10×10 space.

Both applications are available online at SVFarmersmarket.org.
