Benjamin Michael Putnam, 40, of Mooresville, NC (OBITUARY)

Benjamin Michael Putnam, 40, of Mooresville, N.C., died Wednesday, May 6, 2015 at Legacy Mount Hood Medical Center, Gresham, Ore. He was born in Missoula, Mont., on March 29, 1975 to Gary Brice and Mary Jean (Stroud) Putnam of Gresham, Ore.

SURVIVORS

In addition to his parents; Judy L. (Scott) Putnam and their loving children: Evan M., Aidan M., Tristan M., Dylan M., Madelyn F.B. Putnam, all of Bath; brother: Toby Putnam of Salt Lake City, Utah. He is also survived by extended family in Montana (the Malby family).

SERVICE

Family and friends are invited to call from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. Saturday, May 16, 2015 at the Heintzelman Funeral Home Inc., 326 Main St., Hellertown.
