Joanne P. Serfass, 80, of Salisbury Twp. (OBITUARY)

Joanne P. Serfass, 80, of Salisbury Township died Monday, May 11, 2015 at the Inpatient Hospice of Lehigh Valley Hospital, Allentown. She was born in Philadelphia on Nov. 6, 1934. She worked as a printery supervisor at the former Bethlehem Steel for 35 years until retiring. After retirement, she worked at Miller Blood Bank and Fireman’s Fund, both of Bethlehem.

SURVIVORS

Children: Thomas B. (Pamela) of Bath, Cynthia A. (Russell E.) Buskirk of Freemansburg, Robert A. with whom she resided; sister: Alexandria Kharma of Waterbury, Conn.; four grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

SERVICE

Family and friends are invited to call from 10 to 11 a.m. Thursday, May 14, 2015 at the Heintzelman Funeral Home Inc., 326 Main St., Hellertown. The calling hour will be followed by the service at 11 a.m. The interment will conclude services at Morgenland Cemetery of Eastern Salisbury.
