Carmike at Promenade to Offer Summer Family Movie Series

Carmike Cinemas at the Promenade Shops at Saucon Valley will once again offer its popular summer movie series featuring mid-week screenings of family-friendly films at a discounted price.

Every Wednesday and Thursday from June 17 through Aug. 20, the Center Valley cineplex will screen a recent, family-friendly movie. Doors will open at 9 a.m. and the movies will begin at 10 a.m.

All seats are $4, which includes the price of admission, a small popcorn and a small drink.

The following films are scheduled to be shown during the 2015 summer series:

• RISE OF THE GUARDIANS: June 17 & June 18
• HOW TO TRAIN YOUR DRAGON 2: June 24 & June 25
• MONSTERS VS. ALIENS: July 1 & July 2
• THE CROODS: July 8 & July 9
• MEGAMIND: July 15 & July 16
• SHREK FOREVER AFTER: July 22 & July 23
• MARMADUKE: July 29 & July 30
• THE TOOTH FAIRY: Aug. 5 & Aug. 6
• THE SPONGEBOB MOVIE: Sponge Out of Water: Aug. 12 & Aug. 13
• PADDINGTON: Aug. 19 & Aug. 20

The Promenade Shops at Saucon Valley is located at 2845 Center Valley Parkway, Center Valley.
