Girls golf team member Sophia Israel: Sophia followed up a Colonial League championship by placing fourth place at the AA District XI Championships on Oct. 12. Sophia missed qualifying for the state event by just two places. Congratulations on a great season and best wishes for continued success in the future!

Soccer player Lauren Binn: In last week’s 3-2 win over Southern Lehigh, Lauren recorded two goals and one assist. In doing so, she moved her name up in the record books and is now tied for first place with 85 goals scored in a career. With one more goal LB will pass her big sister Alicia Binn as the all-time leading goal scorer in Saucon history!

Soccer player Sean Freed: In last week’s game against Palisades, Sean scored two goals en route to a 3-1 victory for the Panthers. With that victory the boys team improved their overall league record to 8-4.

Football player Evan Culver: Evan ran for 173 yards and 3 touchdowns in a 55-0 win over Wilson this past Saturday. He managed all of this on just 4 carries giving him an incredible 43.25 yards per carry average on the day!

Chris Fluck is a 2004 graduate of Saucon Valley High School and former high school football and wrestling coach. Currently, Chris is the owner of C. Fluck Training. He is a Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and member of the National Strength & Conditioning Association (NSCA).
