Karen K. (Bluder) DePriest, 69, of Bethlehem, formerly of Hellertown, died Oct. 25, 2015 at HCR ManorCare–Bethlehem. She was born in Fountain Hill on Sept. 29, 1946 to the late Thomas M. and Agnes (Hasenecz) Bluder. Karen started her working career as a beautician but spent most of her life as a homemaker caring for her children. She was of the Russian Orthodox faith.

SURVIVORS

Children: Andrea L. Wunderly, Josh P. Pavlinsky (Sylvia) of Freemansburg and Ariel J. Cruz (Tony) of Allentown; siblings: Daria A. Pagan (Wilson) of Hellertown and Thomas C. Bluder (Debbie) of Bethlehem; six grandchildren. Karen was predeceased by a son: Stephen T. Pavlinsky.

SERVICE

Family and friends are invited to call from 12 to 1 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 31, 2015 at the Heintzelman Funeral Home Inc., 326 Main St., Hellertown. The calling hour will be followed by the service at 1 p.m. Online expressions of sympathy can be recorded at www.heintzelmancares.com.
