Lower Saucon Township Police are investigating a case of criminal mischief in which the inside of a resident’s mailbox was reportedly coated with egg and maple syrup.

Lower Saucon Township Police are investigating a case of criminal mischief in which the inside of a resident’s mailbox was reportedly coated with egg and maple syrup.

Maple syrup is better suited to waffles than mailboxes.

According to a news release, the incident happened in the 3400 block of Reservoir Road sometime Wednesday.

Anyone with information about it is asked to call township police at 610-317-6110.
